Easy Blueberry Muffins
This must be the easiest recipe I have ever made, so easy even my kids helped create this recipe. We could eat these muffins every single day.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F Line 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners of your choice.
  2. First Melt Butter in a Microwave or Stove top. Do not simmer or boil. Set aside and let cool In a separate bowl, Sift All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder and set aside
  3. In a large bowl whisk together Melted Butter, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract until well combined. Next add Eggs and whisk until well incorporated. About 1 minute.
  4. Add Milk and whisk one last time until all ingredients are nicely combined.
  5. Fold in All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder and incorporate well.
  6. Last slowly fold in Blueberries
  7. Fill each Muffin cup 3/4 of the way. Place in the oven and Bake for 30 min.
Recipe Notes

You can replace blueberries with chocolate chips or any type of berries.
