Easy Blueberry Muffins From Scratch

Ingredients
- 4 oz Melted Butter
- 8 oz Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 oz Butter Milk or Milk (any %)
- 10 0z All Purpose Flour sifted
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 12 oz Blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F Line 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners of your choice.
- First Melt Butter in a Microwave or Stove top. Do not simmer or boil. Set aside and let cool In a separate bowl, Sift All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder and set aside
- In a large bowl whisk together Melted Butter, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract until well combined. Next add Eggs and whisk until well incorporated. About 1 minute.
- Add Milk and whisk one last time until all ingredients are nicely combined.
- Fold in All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder and incorporate well.
- Last slowly fold in Blueberries
- Fill each Muffin cup 3/4 of the way. Place in the oven and Bake for 30 min.
Recipe Notes
You can replace blueberries with chocolate chips or any type of berries.
